Highwater Cargo Pant
The Highwater Cargo Pant is a modified version of a carry-over style from FW19. The original Highwater Pants featured a lacing system on the calf that allows the wearer to cinch the bottom portion of the pants for styling or even to change the height of the cuff. Moreover, pant leg features a single panel construction (1 front + 1 back) instead of multiple ones, instead taking a single panel and folding & sewing the fabric in tunnels for the laces, which is a more complicated construction for production, but ultimately more beautiful in execution. The pants were brought back this time in a suiting fabric which provides an elegant drape and sheen. A theme in the collection is also duality, which is why we intentionally mixed suiting fabric with "workwear" fabric like the canvas that is used on the cargo pockets and belt loops. The purpose of this is so that while the pants have a more "fashion" look with the suiting, certain portions of the pants which use the cotton twill will gradually change with wear for a beautiful look that progresses as time goes on.
