- HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN? - SPECIAL HOLIDAY SEASON POLICY
If for any reason you or the person you purchased a gift for are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns on items that are returned in their original unworn, unwashed condition with all tags intact. *Please note sale items are final sale and do not qualify for returns/exchanges.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 business days of receiving your order to be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Please include original order confirmation number in the subject line.
Return requests will be processed in the order that they are received and all inquiries will be answered within 24hrs.
Returns will not be accepted without a RA# and email communication authorizing return request.
Returns must be received within 10 business days of receiving your RA# to be eligible for CC refund back to the original card used at time of purchase. Please clearly mark you RA# on the outside of the packaging.
All returns that do not meet the above criteria will only be considered for online store credit. Store credit will be issued through email with webcode detailed.
- WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If there was a mistake on the part of Goodfight, or in the case that the item received is defective/damaged, shipping costs for delivery and return and refund of the item will be compensated.
Monetary refunds should appear back on the original CC used at the time of purchase within 5-10 business days.
- HOW DO I SHIP A RETURN?
Clients can request a pre-paid shipping label to be emailed with their RA#. A return shipping fee of $12 will be deducted from your refund.
- HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
Please follow the return instructions of the original items for a full refund and place a new order.
